Intoroads is governed by a Board consisting of 3 to 11 members, representing all membership categories. The board members appoint a president and a vice-president from among themselves. The Board is delegated to implement initiatives proposed by the membership assembly. It is also delegated to deliberations concerning new admissions, budget preparations, financial planning, and the strategy.
The Board appoints a General Secretary . The General Secretary may be an individual registered with the association or a representative of a legal entity associated with the association. The General Secretary is responsable for coordinating the activities of the association and implementing the directives of the board.
Individuals or legal entities who share the objectives of the association can be members of intoroads. The membership assembly provides the Board with guidelines for the development of the association’s activities and proposes issues to be addressed.
